When can I begin to start using my indicator after placing an order?

Free indicators can be used right away. Licensed indicators are activated within 24 hours. An email notification will be sent when the license activation process has been completed.

How do I install my TickTec indicator?

All of our products come with installation instructions and details about configuration options.

Can I install my indicator on more than one computer?

Our free indicators can be installed on multiple computers. Our licensed indicators can only be installed on one computer. Additional licenses are available at a discounted price for some products.

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we offer no refunds. Therefore, please contact us if you want to ask questions before making a purchase.
